MYZONE in a group situation is like nothing else, its perfect for beginners, it show them that you dont have to be sprinting on a treadmil to be burn, burn, burning fat, for a beginner light weights & a brisk walk on a treadmill will take you up yo the same level as some of our very fit clients. 

Then for those clients who are fit, you have to push a olot, lot harder to keep yourself in that training zone
