Do you feel good ???

 

Ask yourself this question. We are busy, life is hectic, so much to do, we are sooo tired.

 

The first thing to go is the gym. Yes ?? I know many of you are saying I will start again in January, but ask yourself, does this make you feel good?

 

Personally, the odd glass of wine, chocolate, yummy lunch out & takeaway is creeping in, the pounds are creeping up. It is inevitable, but my exercise is still there, I am making the time, it is called damage limitation. Exercise makes me feel good about myself & I know it makes most of you feel good too.
